This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order made in I.A.No.310 of 2011 in O.S.No.99 of 2008, dated 21.09.2011, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sattur.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the main suit itself was disposed of. The Registry has also confirmed the said fact.
