This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.1273 of 2007 from the file of the III District Munsif, Trichirappalli and transfer it to the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate's Court, Vedasandur, Dindigul District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
