Respondents/Accused Prayer : This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 372 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to Judgment passed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge(Chief Judicial Magistrate), Dindigul in S.C.No.43 of 2010 dated 13.09.2012 and set aside the same and consequently to award proper punishment for the accused under Section 307 of I.P.C.

JUDGMENT
Thiru.Suresh Kumar has filed this appeal questioning the impugned Judgment whereby the Court below had invoked the provisions of the Probation of Offenders Act against respondents 2 to 5.
2. The appellant Suresh Kumar is none other than the uncle of Arjunan and Arivazhagan. This Court suggested to the parties that they should amicably resolve the issue between themselves. Crl. A.(MD)No.38 of 2013 hour, when this case was taken up Suresh Kumar submitted that the issue can be given a quietus. This Court is happy to note that the matter has been amicably resolved.
