ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court invoking the jurisdiction of Article 227 of Constitution of India, for a earlier disposal of I.A.No.4 of 2021 which is an application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased third defendant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P.(MD) No.100 of 2022 2.This application has been pending for consideration since 28.04.2021. The B-Diary extract would further state that steps have not been taken by the plaintiff from 19.02.2020 for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased third defendant on record. 3.In these circumstances, a direction is issued to the learned Additional District Judge, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, to dispose of I.A.No.4 of 2021 in O.S.No.141 of 2019, within the next two hearings and thereafter he shall proceed to dispose of the suit within a period of eight months thereafter.

4. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
