ORDER

The petitioner wants to put up a culvert over the petition mentioned canal.

2.When the matter was taken up for disposal, the learned Special Government Pleader brought to my notice the order dated 04.01.2021 made in W.P.(MD)No.19693 of 2020. The petitioner is shown as fifth respondent in the writ petition. 3.The petitioner's counsel states that he has not received any notice in the said writ petition.

4.Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed by giving liberty, so that, the petitioner can move the Hon'ble Division Bench by filing appropriate application. No costs.
