RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court by an order dated 20.08.2019 passed in Crl.M.P. No.7307/2019 in Crl.A. No.419/2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.RAJESHWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.Anandharaj, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7307 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.419 of 2018, dated 20.08.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7307 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.419 of 2018, dated 20.08.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has strongly opposed to relax the condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7307 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.419 of 2018, dated 20.08.2019 is modified to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.329 of 2020 the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
