This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order made in I.A.No.230 of 2008 in O.S.No.49 of 2008 on the file of 2/3

the Sub-Court, Kovilpatti. The said application was filed by the petitioners seeking to implead themselves in the suit for partition relating to the estate of Late.Potti Naicker. The said application came to be dismissed on the ground that the petitioners have not established their relationship with Late.Potti Naicker.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the suit in O.S.No.49 of 2008 has been disposed of on 28.01.2019 and hence, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. The copy of the decree in the suit has also been produced.

3. In view of the above development, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is made clear that any observation made in the order will not affect the petitioners in seeking any remedy as may be available to them under law. No costs.
