ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give necessary police protection to the petitioner's life, property and business interest and take necessary action in accordance with law.
2.The petitioner lodged complaint seeking police protection on 23.12.2019 before the second respondent. But, after a period of three years, it cannot be considered now to provide police protection. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action before the second respondent. 3.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
