ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for modification of the 2nd condition 1/3

imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni in Crl.M.P.No.3131 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024 to appear and report before the Gudalur North Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. for 30 days.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the condition imposed by the Court below directing the petitioner to appear and report before the Gudalur North Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. for 30 days.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. In the considered view of this Court, there is a matrimonial dispute between the parties and hence, the condition imposed by the Court below directing the petitioner to appear before the Gudalur North Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. is onerous. Accordingly, the said condition is modified and there shall be a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
