O R D E R

DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN., J AND R.POORNIMA.,J This petition is filed by the father of the detenue alleging that his major daughter has eloped with the third respondent. After knowing the fact, when they tried to contact his daughter, her whereabouts is not known. The respondent police has secured the girl and produced before this Court. The girl states that she had married the third respondent, Kalishwaran and living with him as husband and wife for the past 10 months and presently, she is 5 months pregnant. The said Kalishwaran is also present in this Court and he states that he had married the daughter of the petitioner and living with her happily. Due to caste conflict, the petitioner is harassing him and his wife with false allegations. 2.This Court is satisfied that the averments made in this Habeas Corpus Petition are not the real facts and had been invented for the purpose of maintaining this Habeas Corpus Petition.

3.Since the daughter of the petitioner is not in illegal custody of the third respondent, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed. [G.J.,J.] [R.P.,J.] 25.03.2025 NCS : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No mm To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Sivagangai District.
