ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and the letter received from the District Munsif, Nanguneri, in D.No.321/2020, dated:11.06.

2. This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 21.11.2019, by directing the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.9 of 2009 within a period of three months. 3.Now, the trial Court seeks further time for disposing the suit owing to Covid-19 lock-down.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further two months' time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the trial Court for disposal of O.S.No.9 of 2009. The learned Judge shall keep in mind the attitude of the parties and dispose of the case within the prescribed time.
