By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing.
2. The present petition is filed by the petitioner to provide adequate police protection to survey his land bearing S.No.31/4B situate at Kattanipatti Village, Sivagangai Taluk, Sivagangai District. The main grievance of the petitioner is that when the Taluk Surveyor came over to his property to survey his land, the fourth respondent who is totally unconnected to his land raised objections. It is also his contention that his complaint in this regard dated 01.12.2020 submitted to the first and second respondents has not been considered so far.
3. Mr.R.Saravana Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) who accepts notice for the first, second and third respondents on instructions would submit that the representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
WP(MD)No.238 of 2021 01.12.2020 was registered as CSR.No.7 of 2021 on 06.01.2021 and was posted for enquiry.
4. Considering the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation dated 01.12.2020 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order after giving due notice to the fourth respondent.
5. With the above observations, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
