This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioners, to set aside the order dated 26.09.2012 in E.A.No.35 of 2007 in E.P.No.45 of 2004 in O.S.No.283 of 2002 on the file of the SubCourt, Pudukottai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, would submit that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
