JUDGMENT

This criminal appeal has been filed as against the conviction and sentence imposed by the learned Additional District Judge cum Fast Track Court, Virudhunagar, in S.C.No.248 of 2011, dated 14.03.2012.

2.It is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II (I/C), Virudhunagar District has sent a letter to the Registrar (C.S), Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, stating that the appellant namely Ramasamy passed away as early as on 12.04.2017 and filed the Death Certificate issued by the Registrar, Birth and Death, Pavali Panchayat.
