This petition has been filed against the fair and final order passed by the Court below in I.A.No.129 of 2012 in O.S.No.132 of 2010, dated 27.06.2012.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the main suit itself was dismissed on 09.10.2012.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives in this present Civil Revision Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed.

No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
