The petitioner had given a representation, dated 27.11.2021 seeking patta.

2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking examination of that particular representation. However, if patta is to be sought then application has to be made through online. These are the Rules which now governed for grant of patta.

3. The petitioner is given liberty to file an application in proper form through online to the third respondent/ Tahsildar. If such an 2/5

application is filed in proper manner, then the third respondent may take a decision to grant or not to grant patta. Before taking any decision, the third respondent may issue notice to the petitioner and also notice to any other individual, who is either directly or indirectly connected with the grant of patta and make an enquiry and then take a considered decision. Such a decision should be done by the third respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of online application filed by the petitioner herein.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
