Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating the impugned order proceedings passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.nO.006/2018/C.V.-4, dated 18.12.2018 and quash the same.

2. In the counter filed, the respondent has admitted in paragraph 7 that the impugned order dated 18.12.2019 shutting down the shops has been recalled.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners also confirms that pursuant to the interim orders obtained in this writ petition, the petitioner continues to be in management of the two shops till date.

4. Recording the same and in the light of the counter filed by the respondent, nothing survives in these writ petitions. These writ petitioners are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
