When the matters were taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submitted that even if the prayer in the writ petitions is allowed, the case of the petitioners may not come up for

consideration for want of securing minimum cut-off marks. Therefore, he seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petitions, leaving the issues raised open for consideration. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
