This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to set aside the order, dated 08.03.2012, made in I.A.No.247 of 2011 in Ind.O.P.No.18 of 2010 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Trichy.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the matter has been settled out of court and hence, the same has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
