It is submitted that the suit in O.S.No.88 of 2007 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Kumbakonam, has been dismissed for non-prosecution and nothing survives in this petition. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner however submitted that in the eventuality of the suit being restored, the petitioner may be given liberty to revive the Civil Revision Petition. It is either a hypothesis or a speculation and if the eventuality as apprehended by the learned counsel for the petitioner ever happens, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy as per law.
