The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents not to issue sale certificate in favour of the successful bidder who participated in the auction held on 30.11.2021 and consequently direct the second respondent to grant grace period of six months to pay the entire outstanding amount on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 22.12.2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsels appearing for the respondents Bank submitted that the sale certificate was issued on 20.04.2022.
