When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the suit itself was dismissed by judgment and decree dated 04.10.2018 and therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this Civil Revision Petition. 2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel made by the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
