PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21/12/2021 not to disturb the trust activities of New Indian Bethel Charitable Trust, to the family members, who they are participating in our office campus and use the projector for conducting awareness programmes and we are arranging family for particularly prevention 1/4

of suicide attempts and councelling, social services and other trust activities and giving helps to the poor in our trust branch office on the days of trust activities with our family members, friends, relatives and selected trust prayer team priority members of the trust are conducted within four walls in the trust campus in the petitioner's trust branch office in Door No.24/45-1, Karumbumavilai, Kurumathoor, Kuzhithurai Post, Kanyakumari District.

seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and she has also circulated a letter, dated 04.08.2023 to that effect. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
