This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondents not to interfere with the management of the Fourth Respondent Temple. 3.

This Court by an order dated 23.01.2023 in W.P. (MD) No. 3339 of 2009 has quashed the order of appointment of an Executive Officer and in view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition. 2/4

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
