To set aside Fair and Decretal order dated 03.11.2016 passed in I.A.No.179 of 2016 in O.S.No.38 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District and allow the present Civil Revision Petition and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.J.KARTHICK, Advocate for the petitioners the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 145 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners.

3.
