Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondents particularly the 2nd respondent to comply/implement the directions issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Madurai as directed in P.G.No.114 of 2019 dated 29.10.2019 to disburse the interest at the rate of 10 percentage from 01.08.2017 to 19.10.2020 for the gratuity amount of Rs.1,30,540/- further comply with directions of the 1st respondent vide his circular in Na.Ka.No.22735/2018 dated 13.01.2020 within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice.
