This Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to call for the records relating to the fair and decreetal order dated 19.04.2011, passed by the Subordinate Judge, Devakottai, made in I.A.No.523 of 2010 in O.S.No.8 of 2009 and set aside the same.

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 19.04.2011, passed by the learned Sub-Judge, Devakottai, made in I.A.No.523 of 2010 in O.S.No.8 of 2009

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the main suit itself was disposed of on 27.06.2016. A memo was also filed before this Court to that effect.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
