ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 28.09.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

3. In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner is questioning the settlement deed that has been executed in favour of the third respondent. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.246 of 2021 Balakrishnan v. The District Registrar can only approach the competent civil Court and seek for necessary relief. The first respondent will not have the jurisdiction to go into the issue and therefore, no useful purpose will be served in directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner. This Court does not find any ground for entertaining this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. No costs.
