We have carefully gone through the common order, dated 04.08.2008 passed by the Division Bench in W.A.(MD).Nos.332 & 430 of 2008 and we find that nothing survives at this length of time, since the appellants were directed to approve the appointment of two persons as

Record Clerk and Lab Assistant from the date of their respective appointments within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of that order. This review application was filed in the year 2010 and hence, nothing survives in this application at this length of time.

2. Accordingly, these review applications are dismissed. No costs.
