ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Thiru.K.P.Narayana Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for R1 and R2 and Thiru.G.K.Kumaresan appearing for the third respondent.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though he is a stakeholder, he is being ignored in the matter of conducting temple functions by the third respondent.

3.I am of the view that this is a matter that has to be decided only by the first respondent. It is also seen that the petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the petition mentioned representation forthwith and without any delay. This direction is given because Kumbhabhishekham is scheduled to be held on 27.01.2020. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
