ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.22.11.2019 and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif, Rajapalayam, in D.No.155 dated 23.02.2022 and this Court made the following order:- As per the order of this Court dated 22.11.2019, the learned District Munsif, Rajapalayam was directed to dispose of O.S.No.629 of 2004 (New No.08 of 2019), within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The learned District Munsif, Rajapalayam has received the order copy only on 13.12.2019. Due to COVID-19, further extension of three months time was granted as the per the request letter submitted by the learned District Munsif, Rajapalayam, Three months time was expired on 20.04.2021. 2.Since the time was extended for more than three times, two months time extended finally to dispose of the matter, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. CRP(MD)No.2341 of 2012 Munsif, Rajapalayam is hereby directed to dispose of the matter within the stipulated time, without seeking any further time. Moreover, the reasons stated by the the learned District Munsif, Rajapalayam is not sufficient for extension.
