PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.15 of 2013 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498 (A), 406, 294(b) and 506(1) IPC, in Crime No.15 of 2013, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that FIR has been quashed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19736 of 2015 dated 13.10.2015. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
