ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the summon in M.P.No.4493 of 2013 issued in M.C.No.6 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagnagai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the M.C.No.6 of 2010 itself is disposed of directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.2,750/- per month to the first respondent and the petitioner is regularly paying the said maintenance amount to the first respondent and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. No costs.
