Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants to put up residential building. However, in the petition mentioned survey number, a naturally formed rock is there. The petitioner seeks permission to remove the same. He applied to the first respondent in this regard.

3. The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
