ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to set aside the order dated 08.08.2012 passed in I.A.No.87 of 2012 in A.S.No.39 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Dindigul.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has dismissed the Appeal Suit in A.S.No.39 of 2012 on 30.10.2018 and hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
