This Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed by the Sub Court, Thirumangalam camp in I.A.No.169 of 2011 in H.M.O.P.No.193 of 2010 dated 08.08.2012.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed by the Sub Court, Thirumangalam camp, in I.A.No.169 of 2011 in H.M.O.P.No.193 of 2010, dated 08.08.2012.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the main H.M.O.P. itself has been disposed of.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and the accordingly, the same stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
