ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that charge sheet has already been filed and taken on file in C.C.No.43 of 2014, and the same is pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kovilpatti and that seven witnesses have already been examined and the case stand posted for examination of investigation officer.

2.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
