When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of either side. From the records, it is seen that the petitioner has not proceeded the case further despite sufficient opportunity has been given to him.
2.In view of the above, it can now be inferred that the revision petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, this Court has no other option but to dismiss these revision petitions for non-prosecution.
