ORDER

The petitioners have filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order passed in I.A.No.11 of 2012 in R.C.A.No.2 of 2010, dated 03.04.2012 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has dismissed the application in R.C.A.No.2 of 2010 on 29.10.2018.

3. In such view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
