PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka. No.1027/2022/A2, dated 14.12.2022 and to quash the same as illegal and consequentially, to restore the Property Tax in the name of "Peepa Ramasamy Naidu Trust" in respect of property admeasuring to an extent of 26082 Square Feet in T.S.No.1953/2, situated at Block No.47, Town Survey Ward 6, New No.69, Dindigul Town, Dindigul District, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
