ORDER:-This Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption 'Extension of time for Lower Court' and upon reading earlier orders dated 18.07.2023 and 26.06.2024 and the requisition submitted by the II Additional District Munsif, District Munsif(FAC), Madurai Taluk, in D.No.461 dated 13.11.2024, 2/4

through Principal District Judge, Madurai in D.No.11202 dated 18.11.2024 seeking further three months time to dispose of the case in O.S.No.114/2021, this Court made the following Order:

"The learned II Additional District Munsif, District Munsif (FAC), Madurai Taluk, sent a letter, dated 13.11.2024 requesting an extension of further time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.114 of 2021, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 18.07.2023.

2. Having considered the reasons stated in the letter, dated 13.11.2024, this Court is inclined to extend for another three months to dispose the said suit. Accordingly, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of the said suit in O.S.No.114 of 2021.
