ORDER

The petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.223 of 2021 registered on the file of the 1st respondent Police, for the offence under Sections 147, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC. Now, they have moved this petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.223 of 2021 registered against them.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the investigation in Crime No.223 of 2021 was completed and the final report was also filed, which was taken on file in STC No.164 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi. After full-fledged trial, the petitioners/accused have been convicted by Judgment dated 12.06.2025 and they have paid the fine amount.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 25.08.2025 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
