to prefer this Memorandum of Civil Revision Petition before this Hon'ble Court against the fair and final order passed in I.A.No.1333 of 2009 in O.S.No.457 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Nagercoil dated 11.11.2016 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Nagercoil ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SIVAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 259 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

3. Even though the delay is on the higher side, to meet the ends of justice, the delay is condoned on terms and accordingly, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees One Thousand Only) to the legal Aid service https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this

petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.
