Respondent / Respondent / Responden Prayer:- Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of C.P.C., against the judgment and decree dated 12.01.2009 passed by the Subordinate Judge, Paramakudi in A.S. No.3 of 2008 in confirming the Judgment and Decree of the District Munsif, Paramakudi in O.S. No.31 of 2006 dated 14.11.2007.

DECREE:- This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this date, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and the material papers in the Suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.RAMESH, Advocate for the Appellants and of Mr.A.SIVAJI, Advocate for the respondent, this Court doth order and decree as follows:-
