ORDER

Despite the fact that the sole respondent died long back, the petitioners have not taken any steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent. The learned Counsel for the petitioners is also helpless, as he represents that he could not contact his clients for getting instructions regarding the details of the legal representatives of the deceased respondent. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the first petitioner is also died.

2.In such circumstances, this Court is of the view that it is unnecessary to keep the matter pending. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
