To prefer the memorandum of grounds of civil revision of petition under Section 115 of CPC against the order passed dated 20.12.2016 made in E.P.No.25 of 2014 in O.S.No.309 of 2006 on the file of the Learned Principal District Munsif Court, Srivilliputtur, Virudhunagar District.

2. There is an inordinate delay of 220 days in re-presenting the Civil Revision Petition and therefore, this Court feels that the delay can be condoned on payment of costs to the Legal Aid. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court. sd/- 23/11/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
