The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the Judgment and Decreetal Order, dated 05.07.2012 made in O.S.No.56 of 2008 by the Wakf Tribunal, Tirunelveli (Principal Sub-Court), Tirunelveli. 2.The said suit was filed for recovery of possession. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the appellants as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that possession has already been handed over to the Wakf Board and therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated further in the Civil Revision Petition.
