This revision petition is of the year 2011. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though they attempted to contact the petitioner by telephone as well as by post, they could not contact the petitioner. Considering the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that no purpose would be served, even if this Court sends notice to the petitioner. Hence, instead of keeping this matter pending unnecessarily, this Court is inclined to close the same. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs.
