This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking direction against the Respondents 1 to 4 not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the De-facto complainant is the wife of the Petitioner, there was a matrimonial dispute between them.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per the complaint preferred by the fifth Respondent, the third Respondent,/All Women Police Station, Thallakulam had conducted an enquiry and it was closed. Further, no complaint was received by the Police officials, Theni. 2/4
