This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 15.07.2010 made in I.A.No.371 of 2009 in O.S.No.58 of 2005, on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the main suit itself has been disposed of.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
